He nodded slowly. Sady. His expression spoke volumes and he took a moment before he explained. "The woman I have asked you about- Padme...." He took a breath. "She was Anakin's wife. And he knew that news would devastate her, but to head she died- she must have. Padme would have never simply given up her children. He swallowed and looked down again. It was abundantly clear how much the Jedi had cared for the young woman.
"You're her daughter." He looked back, staring for a moment. How could he not see it? She looked so much like her mother. Obi-Wan actually cracked a sad smile. "You have her fire in your eyes, you know. She would have been proud of all you've done. And I understand why she would choose who she did to raise you, too. They did well."
