"Oh thank god," Peter nearly groaned when the body that was more than just a body actually spoke, and not just to voice that he was in incredible pain and he'd broken every bone in his body, but instead just to ask where he was as he got to his feet. Like he hadn't just fallen out of the sky and landed with far more impact than the normal person would.
And well maybe that was normal, had to be if it was the sort of thing you could say that you hated doing. "You make a habit of that?" He asked, "The falling from the sky thing, I mean. Cause like ... that's maybe the sort of thing you should probably look into putting a stop to. I mean for your sake as much as the pavement."
So he was new, and he was not dead, so you know Peter was feeling a little more human about all of this and a little less like he was going to have a heart attack. "Uh, welcome I guess. This is Starklandia?" Okay it wasn't really a question, but more not being totally sure that's what they were calling it, it seemed there were a few different names going around and no one had settled on one in particular just yet. "I mean yeah, Starklandia or whatever you want to call it. We all just kind of ended up here without much explanation for it and haven't seemed to have figured out a way home just yet."
