She was right on that. "It was so peaceful and everyone was so friendly." Nyx commented about his adventure to Japan. "I don't think I had been anywhere more friendly through the doors." Thinking about it some, Nyx scratched his chin. Nope. Vegas was even rough with the alien invasion that had happened. "So you're close to Japan back where you're from?" He asked while touching the cold metal of one of the walls.
Looking about there was just the eerie notion they weren't alone, but the area had nothing visible. There was nothing positive about this place, and that was what really was making Nyx uncomfortable. "Second thought.." Nyx turned to Kitty just in time to see a long black tail slinking down behind her. So much for retreating and trying again. Snatching his hand out, a blue dome formed around the pair just in time to for the tail to bounce off the shimmering exterior.
With his other hand he gripped Kitty's arm pulling her around behind him so he could keep the spell up as the tail disappeared up above them.
"What in Gods was that?" Dropping the shield Nyx's eyes remained above them looking for what could own the long black tail. "I don't suppose you know?" Nyx questioned pulling the one kukri from his sheath realizing how late they were on being able to escape.
