Who: All the town kids who want in
What: Hot Tub Party
Where: Tony's house
When: Today

This place was great, his dad wasn't around and he didn't have classes or tutors or anything to bother him. And he had a house full of bots and his pokemon, it was quite possibly the coolest place he'd ever been and people were coming over, it was gonna be a party!

Sure he didn't do much in the way of planning but he had his fridge full of cheese and there were drinks everywhere and Dum-E would totally make juice if people wanted it, it seemed to be about all he could do but Tony loved him and he was glad to have him there.

And well .... it was gonna be cool, he'd never had a party before, not with kids his own age so he was ready and he was antsy kind of pacing a little bit while he waited for people to show up. And just when he thought he had it all ready Tony realized there was one thing left he needed and quickly found a piece of paper and some tape scribbling a hasty note and taping it outside on his door.

Come on in! It's party time.
No adults allowed!!!

Oh, had her parents been here, they would have wanted supervision. The thought she, and the others could do without it? Absolutely a lie.

"It's so different from my home too! So much smaller here." Leia laughed, wondering if something like this ..was a little more normal for any of the others here? Usual "Aldera is a city, with a bunch huge buildings, and a palace-" A huge, thriving world. She also lived in the Palace, so it was really different. But she wasn't so keen on sharing that, people treated Princesses differently, and she didn't want that. "I heard- the town isn't all there is, though." She noted, a little conspiratorially, not that it really seemed like a secret when she'd been told about the doors.

Peter nodded, laughing with her. Because yeah this place was tiny in comparison to most places, unless you were from some place like.... Kansas? Were the towns in Kansas tiny? Maybe. He thought they could be at least. The point was this place was so small. He listened as she told him about where she was from, Aldera. He'd never heard of it before. The palace sounded cool though, they didn't have anything like that in America. "Sounds like it's really big."

When she sort of lowered her voice as she told him that the town wasn't all there was Peter perked up a little bit, "Yeah?" He asked curious. "What else is there? I mean the woods I guess, but I don't really want to try that out." Sure woods were kind of neat, but he read enough stories to know you stayed out of the woods whenever possible, anything could happen in the woods.

“It is- pretty big. There are some worlds in my galaxy that are bigger, and have even larger cities than Alderaan though.” But it was a very special planet indeed, and a beautiful one too. The feeling of missing home, and her family was certainly starting to creep in - not that she’d be quick to admit it. Missing home was something the little kids did, wasn’t it? She didn’t want to seem soft, when there were so many kids around that didn’t look at all like they wanted to go back home.

“I heard something about doors here.” Leia offered, still in her slightly conspiratorial tone, looking pleased that she might have information of some interest, it didn’t seem like a secret or anything, just the fact it might be something that someone else didn’t know. “That’s where that man with all the snacks got them from- like, a place. Maybe another world or something.” Not a pantry. From what she’d heard it didn’t exactly sound like they were the most normal of doors. “You- haven’t heard about anything like that here?”

"Some worlds?" Peter asked, frowning, well that was new he supposed, but even so it didn't feel like it was that strange either. He didn't really understand a lot about this place, and normally that'd be the sort of thing that bothered him, but this wasn't really one of those things either so he supposed it was probably okay that it didn't all really make sense either.

"Doors?" Like many other things it sounded familiar and yet not. He didn't really know. "That sounds weird, did you talk to him?" Peter wondered, he'd talked a little with that guy, but he hadn't really liked it with him trying to take over his bar. "I don't think so. At least not from any of these kids." He admitted, looking around a lot of them seemed to young to have much information that would be worthy of a conspiracy.

"Have you seen the doors?" He asked her then, curious if she knew more or if it was all just a rumor at this point.

"Yeah-" Leia hadn't really encountered the whole, space travel, populated galaxies weren't the norm everywhere thing. She'd not really mixed with the rest of the town, other than the Starkiller boy yet. "Like - you know, all the different worlds in the galaxy-" She wasn't rude about it, just not sure why he wasn't clear on the matter.

"No." Leia sounded disappointed. "Probably he wouldn't have told me anything- just what overheard." You know, adults being protective and all that. She'd assumed it'd be better not to "But how hard can they be to find in this place?" If they really existed, and hunting for something sounded kind of fun too.

"That's weird-" Peter decided with a frown but shrugged, "We just have the one world where I'm from." Maybe there were people from other places. But he'd never really thought about that much, at least not outside movies, but she didn't really seem like she was from the movies so he decided he'd just go with it. Maybe it was a game or something.

Peter nodded glumly when she told him that the guy she'd heard it from wouldn't have told her even if he'd been talking to her. "You're right." He agreed with a huff of his own. "You're right, this place isn't that big, unless maybe they're hiding it or something?" He wondered.

"Weird?" Leia gawked somewhat, but again didn't seem upset - just caught off guard, she wasn't the weird one. "How can you just have one?" It seemed that bizarre to her - she did try to remember how, as royalty she ought to take the quirks and differences of the beings around her with openness and politeness, but she was too curious. "A whole galaxy and there's just ..one planet? And everyone just lives there?" It'd be so crowded!

Yes there were sparsely populated planets in her galaxy, some even thought to be inhabited by nothing humanoid, but there was still life.

"They could be-" Leia reasoned with a little dread, adults did like to keep exiting things off limits. "I ..just thought if I asked too much, you know ..they'd start keeping an eye on us or something?" She shrugged, knowing all too well how it was to be watched almost constantly, and scolded for exploring at her own whims. "But none of them seem to know what's going on- they haven't even showed up here!" And ..they probably should have been keeping an eye on the party. "So maybe they just don't think we'll go looking hard enough?"

"Well.... just one in the whole solar system. It's called Earth." He shrugged, that wasn't weird because it was how it had always been. "There might be other worlds in the galaxy, but we've never met them." Not the way it sounded like it worked where she was from. "It can be kind of crowded. I live in New York it's the biggest city in the country." He said it with a little bit of pride in that fact. "They say there might be life on Mars or something like that, but no one has proved anything yet, it'll probably just be bacteria though." Which was kind of lame really, they had plenty of bacteria on Earth.

He paused and considered it for a minute. "I guess that makes you an alien." Or maybe they both were? He wasn't entirely sure on that count.

"Probably," He agreed, because talking a little bit with that one guy made him sure the adults were kind of amused by them but they'd start putting up rules if they had to. "Maybe they ready the sign on the door?" Though really when was the last time a sign on his door had worked? "Maybe we should look then, you know after this?"

"Oh. That's still pretty cool." She reasoned - and New York City did sound interesting, or at least his enthusiasm made her think it must be, trying a little harder to tap into her diplomacy, as she was encouraged. "I ..guess it's not worth it if all there is is Bacteria-" She mused. It was said worlds like Tatooine were little but sand?

"I'm not sure-" Leia squinted, thoughtfully. "Back home- any species who isn't human might get called an alien." It wasn't always the nicest term to use, and people like her parents liked to point out the reasons it was unkind, and an unpleasant term to use - given how easy it was to move between worlds - humans could be just as much a foreign species, as others could/ "Do you think we're on Earth now?"

"Maybe they did read it." She seemed highly dubious of it, brows furrowing. "But it's never worked for me before." She griped, her nose wrinkling a little. Her 'keep out' signs hadn't once yet prevented her parents for wondering about what she was up to. Peter suggested they go look, and Leia gave an enthusiastic nod. "Yeah!" He'd very clearly said the right thing, her expression lighting up. "We totally could- they might even think we're all too busy to go finding them."

"I mean bacteria is pretty cool, but like when they talk about life on other planets you want it to be something you can talk to, you know?" He shrugged, maybe Peter wasn't exactly the most diplomatic person around, but he had always thought the idea of aliens was pretty cool.

He nodded when she explained how aliens worked where she was from, anything not human. "We'd probably do that too, back home if it turned out there were humans on other planets. But it's just us on the one planet so far." He shrugged kicking the floor just a little wishing maybe Earth was a little bit cooler than it actually was. "This? Earth.... uh." Well in truth he hadn't actually given it much thought, of course they were on Earth. But now that she'd told him she was from another planet he wasn't sure anymore. "I mean it kind of looks like Earth, we have places that look sort of like this."

Yeah it sounded like Leia knew exactly what he'd been thinking about in regards to signs and adults who never did listen to them. "Right? Yeah, we could see what they're hiding, maybe we can find out of we're on Earth or not too."

“Yeah! And there’s so many different species you could talk to ..that are a lot more interesting than bacteria.” Plus investigating bacteria might make you sick, if it was that kind? She drained what juice she had left in her cup. "There's some covered in fur, some have got scales- or live in the water." Leia did love the diversity of the galaxy, especially because the Empire didn't.

“It’s- just that doesn’t look like any other place I’ve seen before.” The way the buildings were made was one, the technology wasn’t the same at all. Worlds in her galaxy were vastly different, but also had enough in common, that this world just didn’t have. “Nothing can fly here- or hover, I don’t think. Even the most remote worlds have some sort of tech like that.” Really, she hadn’t seen much at all beyond Alderaan, but he didn’t know that. Did he?

Leia most certainly lit up at that one, grinning wide. “Let’s do it!” Eager enough for something adventurous. “Maybe we should start by checking out any place we haven’t been in town, yet?” It might take a while, but the amount of snacks she’d consumed today probably had something to do with how excitable she was too.
