It's by a band called Nuclear Bubble Wrap which does spoofs of various fandoms, in this case, HP. Very funny! Although our Beloved Potions Master only makes a small cameo appearance, towards the end...
Also, "Draining the Lizard etc." is very funny as well, and well worth the watch! In particular, watch to the end, as it gives little "character backgrounds" in the credits. The link to "Draining the Lizard" is on the side-bar of the above, you can click on it to get there.
