A while ago, I was thinking aloud about a revival of the snapedom summerfest. Alas, summer is here, and I didn't get around to anything. We could have a general fest though, with no set date.
I just wonder if there is any interest for that.
We would do it somewhat similar as last time. Two weeks of sign-ups, then I match the pairings. This would be a gift exchange, but not anonymous. People would be paired on a first-come first-served basis, and on a preferences basis. The signups would ask for shipping preferences and the type of gift people would be willing to make, and like to receive. We'd include crafts and photomanips, icons, banners, layouts, fic, art, illustrations... everything you can think of.
Last time we had a small, fun fest and we could do it again, if you like.
Tell me if there is interest. If I get more than ten replies, then we'll go for it.
It will be very casual, as low-maintenance as possible. There won't be any recriminations for dropping out, but I will want feedback from the participants, regularly. A timeframe could be signups through the second half of June, assignment through the first half of July, and then posting starts... dunno, around October up until Sev's birthday?
