Plea for help
I'm collecting information about the history of the Snarry fandom for my master's thesis. I have done a questionnaire and I'm begging you to help me by filling the form.
It's for the greater good - the Snarry fandom deserves a history. ;-)
6th December. The forms are now closed - I got more answers than I expected. You all have been amazing, thanks. :-)
The thesis is for the Department of History at the University of Helsinki, Finland.
There are two separate forms. Both of the forms are anonymous.
The first one is to gather basic information about the readers, writers and artists and to see how it correlates with other research results of the participants in slash-fandoms. It will be handled separately from the answers of the second form in order to make it impossible to link the basic information to the other answers.
The second form is divided into two parts. The first part is for the artists and writers only and the second part is for everyone. It would be appreciated that the artists and writers also answered to the questions of the second part. Some of the questions are same in both parts, so there’s no need to answer them twice.
Please, answer to as many questions as possible and include links if possible (if you for example refer to stories, art or discussions). Even a short answer is better than not answering at all, though long answers are always welcome. Be as specific with the dates as you can.
If your identity is revealed by giving information about your fan fiction work (which would be highly appreciated) in the second form, your identity won’t be linked to the other answers of the first part in the research paper unless you give permission to do so. Your identity won’t be linked to the answers of the second part of the second form.
If your identity is revealed in the second part, it won’t be linked to the answers.
Thank you for participating. It's for the greater good. ;-)
