07:12 pm - [info]florahart - Fic: Severus Snape and the Disorderly Deathly Half-True Print

Title: Severus Snape and the Disorderly Deathly Half-True Print
Author: [info]florahart
Type: Fiction
Length: about 4750 words
Pairings: Snape/Harry, though no smut.
Warnings: none. Well, maybe that there is a little bit of crack.
Rating: PG for fairly gentle innuendo
Summary: Severus finally (this week) got around to reading DH. He has a few comments for Jo.
Notes: Written for the “Snape After DH fest." I chose a prompt involving Severus writing his own fic to "fix" DH, but it mutated slightly. I'm thinking of it as more of a guideline. Thanks to [info]vimeslady and [info]regan_v for beta and typo-corralling help; errors and inexplicabilities that remain are mine.

10:58 pm - [info]e_witness - FIC: The Letter in the Drawer

Title: The Letter in the Drawer
Author: [info]e_witness
Link: Personal Journal
Type: Fiction
Length: Short story. 1031 words.
Pairings: I don't know if I'd call Snape/Lily a pairing here. Gen, I suppose.
Warnings: One swear, angst, and stuffy writing. Arguably OOC depending on interpretation.
Rating: PG
Prompt: Lily wrote one final letter to Severus, but never sent it. (or vice versa)
Summary: Hidden within a locked drawer lay an innocuous cream-colored letter, its edges curled with age, as though it had been frequently fingered. When the drawer was opened at last, it revealed the words Severus Snape had meant to say but never could.
Notes: I wish I'd spent more time on this. Snape deserves better, but here's a tribute nonetheless. Thanks to Spanish-silver on LJ for taking a look!
