The students seemed to enjoy Toy Story quite a bit, at least if one went by the laughter, cheers, and occasional gasps from the audience. So did most of the faculty; Binns, who snorted that animated toys were nothing new, that he’d played with lead soldiers depicting General Gordon and his men at Khartoum, was a notable exception, but he hadn’t approved of the film series in the first place.
The other teacher who didn’t emerge from the theater in a good mood was Severus. He left halfway through, muttering something about an experiment, and wasn’t seen again for hours.
