First, my condolences to all affected by the senseless violence in New Zealand. IMO, such acts of terror affect us all.
I've been thinking about it a lot the past few days, pondering how the magical world would deal with such horrible events. They can't ban all wands, obviously, but maybe they could have wand-free zones? Or maybe limit the number of wands allowed per wizard?
