“Well.” Snape gave Potter's firewall an approving nod. “This final version is well beyond the norm.”
“Thank you,” said Potter tightly. He'd barely slept for two days devising this latest firewall, and was upright through sheer willpower. “After seventeen tries it bloody well should.”
“Indeed.” Snape handed him a flash drive. “Here is my report detailing my work, with suggestions on hardening your defenses, most of which you've already implemented. A copy has been emailed to your supervisors and company management.”
“I'll take them to heart,” said Potter, and put the flash drive in his pocket.
