The Muggle Studies teacher stared at Severus' footnoted and annotated memo on why the Museum of Muggle Curiosities was designed, staffed, and lead entirely by dunderheads. He blinked, snickered, then burst out laughing.
Severus glared. “There is no reason to laugh. This alleged 'museum' is desperately inadequate - “
The other man wiped his streaming eyes. “Severus. It's supposed to be fun. A break from studies. It's not supposed to be serious.”
“It can be enjoyable and worthwhile,” Severus snarled, and the resulting quarrel frightened two elves, six portraits, and a third-year Hufflepuff who'd been in the corridor outside.
