“Not necessarily,” said Severus. “I've asked Wilhemina to investigate both the suggested farms and the beasts themselves. Dark Salamander in particular seems quite promising – they've produced several champions, you know.”
He handed her a glossy color photo of a gorgeous thestral wearing Dark Salamander's distinctive purple-black barding. “Remember Lightning Bolt? His son by Teslita is one of the prospects.”
Minerva yielded. “If Wilhemina approves.”
