It was simply wonderful to see you and Severus and of course my grandson! I wish I could have stayed longer – being on the town First Night Committee makes it so hard to go out of town in December, I wish I still had that old Time Turner – but next year you'll have to come here.
I've enclosed your father's special holiday punch recipe, the one he learned from that American unit during the War. It's not precisely French, which is why Gil won't make it, but it's very good. Enjoy!
