Young Lupin's idea was brilliantly simple. “Why don't we bathe him in the reversal formula? He's a newt, he'll love it!” the youth had cried, and Severus had to admit that he had a point.
Thus it was that he'd summoned a tin bathtub, filled it with the fruits of Teddy Lupin's labor, and dangled a flobberworm over the steaming liquid.
The newt grunted and lunged. There was a tremendous splash -
“Professor! It worked!” cried young Lupin.
“I never would have guessed,” muttered Severus, and summoned a blanket for the shivering, naked former amphibian on the floor.
