“By what? It's well within the agreed-upon parameters, Albus.” Severus set down his teacup. “We needed more boomslang skin and lacewing flies after Granger's little stunt last year, but - “
“It's not components, Severus. I'm well aware of the need to replace what was used by the students.” Albus pointed at a line item. “May I ask why you need so much Spellotape?”
