“Largely haven't gone into Herbology, more's the pity.” Pomona shook her head. “Neville Longbottom has offered to help, but most of the others haven't even returned my owls.”
“What about apothecaries?” said Severus, even though he could guess at the answer.
“Not an option,” came the reply. “Belby & Belby's Chief Herbologist has said she'll patent any improvements to the process.”
“What about a contest?” said a third voice, and both professors whipped around to stare at the door.
