 While it is Friday, I am not making this rec in a modly capacity since I don't believe it's my go this week. However, this art makes me feel so warm n' happy n' fuzzy I can't help but share it. I love the feeling it evokes and the small glimpse of the characters is gorgeous, I only wish this artist had a full figure drawing of Sirius I could link here since it would no doubt be beautiful.

I was looking for something a bit off the beaten path to rec today and I believe this fits the bill. This one is from Daily_Deviant back in 2010. The characterizations of both Minerva and Sirius are spot on here and make this extremely unusual pairing believable; besides, it's always nice to see Minerva let her hair down and what better guy to do it with? Short and sweet and very well written!

Just a few notes:

First, the Kink Meme is still going on and will be running until the 24th. It's been a bit quiet thus far but we're always hoping that some new smut will show up in the waning days.

 This week's usual head canon discussion has been preempted for the kink meme which remains in full swing. The discussion topic will be back once the kink meme wraps up.

 First, a modly note: The Dog Days of Summer Kink Meme was supposed to have started this week but unfortunately my hands were full with a house load of sick people which left little time for getting things together. The Kink Meme will start on Sunday barring any unexpected circumstances on my end.
