Who: Taz Applebee & Jace Dorny When: Right after this Where: The Grounds What: Hide & Seek, of course Rating: tbd. Status: Incomplete
She'd gone out onto the grounds in search of a hiding place. She'd been inside the castle all day and getting out was absolutely brilliant, even if she wasn't playing a game. Besides, she didn't want to spend who-knows-how-long stuffed in some dusty closet in the castle. Not because she wasn't sure if Jace would actually come searching for her or not--she knew he would--but who know how long it would take for him to actually find her. She could have left him clues, but what fun was that?
It was much more fun to talk random younger year into telling him she'd gone in the opposite direction if he asked. No cheating allowed, after all.
Twenty minutes after she'd emerged onto the grounds, Taz had managed to scale a tree and seated herself on one of the lower branches. One way or another, perhaps because it was some divine talent, the sixth year Hufflepuff had actually managed to fall asleep on the tree limb, her head rested back against the trunk as if it was pillow. How she (a) managed to not fall out of the bloody tree entirely and (b) managed to get comfortable enough to actually doze off in a place like that was anyone's guess, but she had.
What was also anyone's guess was what exactly kind of dream she was having that was causing her talk in her sleep; muttering things about "potatoe sack handbags" and "plush unicorns". The sleep talking probably wasn't helping her stealth all that much.
