Hey everyone. This is going to be chipper as hell because today is a happy day. My name is Ashley and I'm bringing two characters with me. First, here in this journal, is Henry Jones Jr, more obviously know as Indiana Jones. He is much younger than movie Indy, much older than TV Indy, somewhat recently attaining his doctorate and starting his professional career as a professor and field archaeologist. He is not a native, in fact he's been pulled from the past into 1964, so for him there will be a lot of focus on getting used to newer technologies instead of being pissed because he can't use a cellphone. Right now he's dually employed, teaching classical studies at Columbia, and working as a field archaeologist for the school and the Met.

Secondly, I have Miss Mercedes Knight - b.k.a Misty Knight (

missknight) of the Daughters of the Dragon or Heroes for Hire, or Iron Fist's awesome girlfriend with a fro. She is also not a native, but pulled from the future, and is most definitely pissed that she can't use her cellphone. And also that the technology to maintain her awesomely bionic arm pretty much doesn't exist. I'm waiting on SOMEONE to finish up Tony, but Misty will generally be found around him, since he built the arm and she didn't quite know what else to do. She's working as part of his security detail to stay close and out of trouble, which she gets into so easily. I'm hoping that I can find someone to play her heterosexual life partner, Colleen, as well as Danny and Luke, for some Heroes for Hire fun times. Set in the 60s, there is just way too much fun to be had with that. She's pretty...not okay with where she is. She never thought she'd have to experience the specific civil rights issues of the 60s, so if she doesn't get her ass thrown in jail for being belligerent, I will be surprised.

A little more about me, I'm 25, just graduated from college finally with my ~~stupid~~ obviously useful Classics degree, I'm currently in the central time zone, but hopefully in a few months I will be moving to NYC. I am obsessed with good television, I'm always online, and can be reached at greenarrowed on aim and also greenarrowed@gmial.com - if you want to do a scene via gdoc, I'm all for that. 	Hi there, I'm Tim. So far I've only got Betsy in the game. I'm sure she'll swoon over Indiana's good looks and charm, and will most likely think the archeologist angle is cool. I'm sure she'll flirt shamlessly whenever she runs into him. And I don't know that much about Misty Knight, but if you want her to have a random run in with Betsy just let me know. 	The ladies always do, or so he thinks. A run in with Misty would definitely be doable, she would definitely know who she is since she generally kept a close eye on the superhero/mutant/wtfever community. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Hey, Chris, playing Amy. I think Amy and Indy could possibly have some interactions, as she's been around archaeologists before (although she was an archaeologist from the future). Since Amy's more familiar with time displacement, she might be able to help Indy (and Misty) adjust. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I could see that, especially if she's ever around Columbia or the Met. He wont have much to do by way of archaeology, so when he's not in the classroom or in his office, he's probably at the library or the museum. I mean, really. 	I hear that. I'm so very not sure what I'm doing with Amy in terms of where she'll be spending her time etc., but I'm sure if you find yourself in an unfamiliar decade without access to phones or the internet, and you want to figure something out, the library is the place to go. 	Hey! I think Bill and Indy might have some things in common, as they're both from the past and can reminisce. Selina might be able to share common ground with him as well, as they're both interested in artifacts (for very different reasons, admittedly). (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Hi. Terry here with Galen from Babylon 5. I can see him being a source of repairs and parts for Misty's arm. He may not have a fancy facility, but he does have his ship parked underwater in Meadow Lake. As for Indy, there's always the chance of Galen visiting the museum or looking into the college.
