She stuck out a hand with a smile. She was flattered (though she knew damn well about his womanizing ways, she was an awfully big Hepburn fan), and the compliment pinkened her cheeks.
"Selina Kyle," she replied with a grin. She decided not to play dumb for too much longer. She realized his ego would play a major role in any future interaction she would have with him, and wanted to handle it delicately. "Tony Stark. I've read about you. How altruistic of you to host this," she paused, and added, "Quite a departure from character if the Daily Bugle is to be believed."
It was a gamble, and she added a wry grin to help soften the blow. If previous playboys she had encountered such as him were anything to go on, they almost enjoyed being prodded at. Hopefully this was the case. And if not, well...she always had Oliver Queen's number.
She twirled her fingers around in the water, hoping to look nonchalant. She resisted the urge to backtrack.
