NEW COMPLEX CONSTRUCTED IN MIDTOWN PRACTICALLY OVER NIGHT
Mysterious building complete closed off to the public
A busy construction crew finally left the midtown site early Saturday morning, leaving behind a complex of three buildings that appear to be the very picture of modernity. Labeled 'Welcome Center,' the smallest of the three buildings at just three stories looks to serve as a much needed "leg up" for the many new arrivals to our fair city. Not only does it sport job boards and a cafeteria, sources tell the Bugle that the twenty story building attached contains temporary and free housing for those in need.
The third building, the tallest, remains a mystery. Though it sits on the same complex there is little information concerning its purpose. LexCorp, Stark Industries, and Wayne Tech all deny having any hand in its construction and are almost as ignorant to its use as we at the Bugle-- see below for our further coverage on the Building With No Purpose.
