Tony Stark ([info]sansiron) wrote in [info]silverage,
That got something close to a laugh out of him even as he continued to add to the drawing on the board. "Good. The last girl... she was beyond 'squeamish'." And he hadn't even bothered asking Florence to do it. "Then there are my after work habits," Tony went on. He always ended up doing most of the talking during these interviews, he found. There was just too much to tell anyone who was crazy enough to consider working directly with him.

"I was kidnapped in Vietnam the last time I was over there doing a weapons demonstration. This --I call it an arc reactor--was the result of that, and to escape I built a suit of armor. One that I still occasionally use to fight crime." With that he turned around and looked at Ianto, almost daring him to say something about the fighting crime remark. It was no secret to the public what Tony Stark did in his free time and he wasn't ashamed of it. If anything, being the attention hound he was, he enjoyed the attention and the press it garnered him. "The last girl had a problem with that too. I'll admit, it makes for some interesting hours."

But if he wasn't out cruising the city for petty crime, he was working overtime in either the labs in the city or his private garage in his Long Island home. And if he wasn't working in either respect... "I'm also a keyholder at the Playboy Club; spend a lot of time there. You can consider that a job perk."
