Lorna didn't have time to dye her hair and didn't want to bother with it because it smelled icky and gross and the fumes were nasty. Even if she needed to dye it, she wouldn't. Hopefully her painting friend wouldn't be all freaked out by her green self! When she heard the knock she bounded down the stairs, dressed in a t-shirt and jeans that had seen better days but were good for getting messy. She had baked a fresh batch of cookies and scoured the Institute for spare change (being a metal detector was handy!) so she was certain she had enough to pay this --
Oh, er, uh, he really was all muscle-ey!
She stared for a moment once she opened the door, then squeaked a hello. And no, it hadn't really occurred to her that it was unsafe to invite strangers over to the house who had gruffly advertised for employment on a bulletin board. She was just...friendly! And her room really did need painting!
"Hi, I'm Lorna!" she greeted once she remembered her manners. "Come inside, are you Logan? You have a lot of muscles so I am thinking that you're him!"
