While Ginny wasn't really sure what the rest of the flat was up to, she was feeling a little ... restless. Or cabin-feverish. Lily'd mentioned going to the library, and Sirius had mentioned going out. She wasn't sure what Remus' plans were, but she wasn't inclined to ask, either. Maybe they were already decided and staying in or going out or doing whatever they'd intended for the evening.
She'd accepted for now that she was stuck here, and she had no way to make Harry be here, but that didn't mean she liked it at all. She hated it, honestly, and so she'd taken to exploring the city. She was getting used to Muggle transportation, American Muggle money, and all the other ridiculous things she had to get used to to survive here.
Making her way through one of the parks, Ginny paused as she noticed a bloke who looked a little distressed. While she was generally content to leave well enough alone -- especially here -- she wondered if he was new and needed direction or assistance or if he was just a native having a bad day.
Either way, she made her way in his direction. If she manged to catch his eye, she smiled and offered a little wave. If not, she just moved to stand near him. Maybe he was the sort to strike up conversation with strangers. Maybe not. Either way, there she was, and if he seemed disinclined to be bothered, she'd be on her way.
