The shop did look significantly cleaner than when she saw it last. Well, it looked less dusty, at least. It still had a somewhat cluttered appearance to someone who didn't share Balthazar's particular sense of organized chaos. It suited him, though, and that was all he was ever concerned about when it came to the store.
When he heard the bell go off that meant someone had entered the shop, he assumed it was Jaime. Not many people just randomly dropped in on Sunday afternoons, but he had been surprised before. Of course, this time he was right, but as he came downstairs, he could have sworn it sounded like she was giggling at something.
Arching a brow, he regarded her curiously as he made his way through the store to close some of the distance between them. "Want me to take your bag or do you think you can manage not to break along the way?" He asked doubtfully.
