Bill was keenly aware that he had attracted the man's attention, and this alone clued him into the fact that there was certainly something strange about him. He took the drink with a murmured "Thanks", and stood staring at the back of the bar for some time. He tried his best to sense Logan out - he was no vampire, that much was clear. There was something vulpine about him, and for a brief moment Bill thought he was dealing with a werewolf, but he didn't possess the intense body heat that would indicate such status.
Finally, Bill turned his head back to Logan. He did not smile, nor grimace, but maintained a face of unchanged neutrality. It was clear enough by now that they had sensed something strange within each other, and Bill was hardly in the mood to feign friendliness. Nevertheless, he greeted Logan with a soft, "Evenin'"
