Logan regarded him for a moment before he nodded and followed along. So he was either waiting or fixing it himself, and he was fine either way. He rolled his bike inside, using the toe of his boot to drop the kickstand before he released it. He exhaled, then jerked his head toward the door.
"Interesting weather," he commented. He figured the kid was about as chatty as he was, and that amused some part of him. Still, it would be nice to chat with someone for a little while. He went through periods of self-isolation where he tried to remember his past, all of it, and came up short. The last thing he remembered was always the same, and he could never remember past that. It frustrated him, and sent him to wandering, which was how he'd wound up here.
"Either of you know a good place to spend the night?" He almost added 'preferably cheap' but he guessed he wouldn't go that far just yet. He looked around for an unused set of tools, and helped himself to the ones he'd need. Squatting down next to the bike, he started to work on it, examining the exterior damage before opening it up to start poking around in there.
