Ah. Maybe that was the reason. She'd been under the impression people readily accepted that people were falling in from other places. Clearly she'd been mistaken, and now she wondered where she'd picked up on that idea. Her brow furrowed slightly before she shrugged.
"Perhaps I'll look into that," she replied. "Though really, I'd be dealing more with magic than technology. I'm not much for science." Well, why not? If he wasn't going to believe her anyway, it wasn't as though there was any harm in admitting to being exactly what she was.
"Or perhaps I could write a child's story," she added, an impish grin briefly tugging at her lips. "I've got the imagination for it, don't I?"
