"Gotcha," Gwen replied as he finished. They sounded a bit like every other gang Gwen had ever heard of, at least when it came to gangs bent on world domination. "If they're wizards, I'm assuming they're not invulnerable to physical attack. I mean, if I had to I could shoot to kill, right?"

It was a difficult question to ask, but it was necessary. This was the sort of thing she needed to know if people were going to be able to defend themselves. "It doesn't matter if they have magic that can stop the bullets or whatever. I just need to know if someone without magic could stand a chance of killing them or if there's something special about them that makes them impervious to physical attack."
