Severus waved his hand aimlessly at the question. He'd set the vials down, and he needed a bit of a rest before he went to retrieve them. He sat in a chair, stumbling a bit before he managed to find his way. Once the malboro fell for good he began to feel better. His energy wasn't being sapped, but it was gone. "I am well," he answered, though he was sure his skin had taken on a pallor that revealed his reply as a lie.
"Does that thing have venom?" he asked the other young man. The warrior - because that was the only description for him - seemed to be familiar with the creature, and Severus was glad he had an expert by his side. He wasn't in pain but he was exhausted, and he certainly felt faint. That wasn't usual for him at all.
He licked his lips and wiped his forehead with the back of his hand. "And if so, do you have an antidote. It managed to drool on me."
