"Not that surprising, no. But I not that fair, probably." She laughed. "Not female mathematicians, no. This is 1964 America, and all a woman is allowed to do is be a secretary or governess until she's married, at which point she becomes a housewife. They're working on it, apparently, but that's that for now." She looked at the street ahead, frowning. What was that?

"Gold and silver, yeah, that should work. And the Welcome Center isn't so bad. It's where I am right now. and the girl at the front is a bit dim, but otherwise alright. They'll only keep you for a bit though, I need to find another place." She squinted as they approached- was that a man in a mask? She'd seen some strange new arrivals, but this...

She turned her head towards Susan to point the strange man out when all of a sudden he grabbed her arm, pulling her towards an alley. "What is wrong with you! Get off me you crazy man!" she shrieked, "Susan!"
