Amy was slightly taken aback by the sudden slew of questions, but chuckled slightly when she realized she'd reacted the same way when she'd first been stranded, Doctorless and confused. Amy knew right away why the Doctor had traveled with this woman-- she was sharp as a tack and surely could keep up with his mile-a-minute lifestyle. She took a deep breath and tried to answer Donna's questions in the order in which they came.
"I'm from 2011, arrived here about a month ago." Oh God, has it been a month already? "The Doctor's here in the city, though I'm not sure what he's up to at the moment." She scoffed, "You know him, more excited to be here than tryin' ta figure out how to leave."
Donna's last question was, of course, the hardest to answer. "I dunno why you're not with 'im, but ever since I've met him he was alone save for me an' Rory... an' River, but she's a whole 'nother mystery. I knew he'd traveled with folks before, but he doesn't talk much about his past."
If Donna was anything like herself, Amy knew that her answers wouldn't satisfy her. Even now that she'd settled down (well, sort of) with Rory, she couldn't imagine ever leaving her life with the Doctor behind. But even if she did know the reasons behind their separation, it was from Donna's future, so Amy probably couldn't tell her anything. Like River and the Doctor always said. Spoilers.
