Amelia had never blamed Jules for what had happened as far as he knew, she'd blamed just about everything else for a while, raging against an unfair universe, but none of her anger was aimed at people. Gavin was glad for that but it had been painful for both of them for a long time. Still was, just a quieter sort of painful now.
