Himawari nodded. She could concede that fighting was exhausting and the mental dexterity to avoid someone was just as tiring. It was one thing to move away and simply not pick up the phone. No skin off her back. Now, with Honoka there, it was growing more and more difficult to avoid her. For one, something fishy was going on with Robert. As another, Honoka being Robert's assistant meant that she sometimes came around for rounds, and in general being on property meant they'd see each other.

"Thank you...and that makes me happy, Keita. I'm really happy for you," she said, and she was. Himawari was both content and tired of being alone but she had fears her feelings wouldn't be returned. The carnival was such a small place. To be turned down and if things did not blow over could just be awkward. It was complicated!
