Marcus chuckled as she fiddled with the ribbon, "told ye I'd bring a flower, yeah?" with a warm smile he held the invisible flower up in front of his face and, holding it in his left hand from the bottom, he pinched the invisible stem lightly with the thumb and forefinger of his right. "Watch this, gorgeous," he said with a wink. Then he slowly slid his fingers up the stem until finally, just below where the flower bulb started, it looked as if a neon blue glowing smoke was appearing in the shape of a flower, starting from the bottom of the stem. "Temporal tulip, me mate calls it," he said quietly as finally the full flowering bulb of the tulip appeared as a swirling smoke. He chuckled and handed the flower carefully to Katie.
He cocked an eyebrow as she looked down, her lush hair falling over her face, "wasn't 'bout t'forget ye, love," she looked up and he beamed a smile right back at her, "I assure ye that!"
