Oh good. I was so worried that the annual Toreador Halloween orgy party would be cancelled in light of recent events or that my invitation would not get here in time for me to decide on what I'd wear. Silly me. I should have had more faith in Marcy's ability to multitask and still make sure things get done in a timely manner.

Hang on. We're getting old and there's a lot of years to sort through and remember. Which means a lot of parties. So very many Toreador parties.

Hallowmas is the first or second of November, given whom you ask. If I was putting on a proper protest of this, I'd be hosting a one night show of The Masque of the Red Death or something equally morbid about celebrating when others have died on Halloween.

Needless to say, I'm not particularly in a party mood as of late.
