To my understanding, privilege is something that people "have", and not something that they "do". Which would mean that Godwinning, or any other action, is not an example of privilege. Feel free to educate me if I'm missing something there.
The comm rules do broadly encourage "calling out other members or creators for discriminatory or oppressive behavior," so go ahead and try to argue that an absurd Nazi joke in a comic in which the *author rides in on a unicorn* is oppressive in some way. (Extra points: Show that the Nazi joke is *more* oppressive than disciplinary action for simply using somebody's once-publicly-available name.)
Also, "you are stupid" is a pretty between-the-lines way of saying "you have just enjoyed the fruits of oppression". I know the rules say that pointing out discrimination is not itself considered an attack, but I can't imagine that gives carte blanche to say anything you want as long as it's part of a supposedly anti-oppression rant.
