Maybe it's because I don't know enough about Stephanie Brown, but how is it that she has a death wish? Or is this just another way of saying that Stephanie's so bad at doing good that it's practically suicidal for her to be Batgirl.


In reflection, the issues of Stephanie's death-but-not-really aside, the fact that she screwed up so badly is one of the few believable incidents in the DCU that I can think of; rather, what I mean to say is that it's pretty damn surprising nobody else has had this kind of epic-scale blunder. It's a pretty easy thing to do given the line of work. Granted, the whole shoddy incident was dealt to Stephanie it seems in order to trash her character rather than build it, but because of that I think she has so much potential for future storytelling (assuming we don't keep coming back to this prove-herself thing).
