True, but there is the sense that Morrison is writing whatever he wants and the others are following his bread crumbs, which you of course alluded to in your comment. It's co-ordinated better than before but there are still problems. The Black Mask arc feels bland and the whole Arkham inmates escaping and the facility being destroyed, it all feels done and tried. There is never really any sense of emergency especially with all of Arkham being destroyed, it's inmates under the control of someone etc there doesn't seem to be anyone actually dealing with it or trying to take care of it, we mostly have characters alluding to it one time or the other. There is also the fact that we still don't know about Bruce Wayne's status, I mean sure, Hush is running around now with his face but what about before? Do the general public see him as dead/missing? I just can't see the Bat-Family neglecting something like this. There is also Damien's status, what excuse does Dick have for a 10 year old who looks like Bruce running around the house? Then there is Dick, it is logical that he inherited some of the Wayne Family Fortune but we never really see Dick doing much with it. All we see of him is him going around being Batman and a distinctive lack of social life.
My other problem is with Tim Drake, alright he has gone through a rough patch in his life and it is obvious that he is going to have trouble emotionally but Kon, Stephanie and Bart are now back yet he doesn't seem to know or care about it. As for Jason Todd, he is the black sheep of the Batman Family, the emotionally unbalanced one and it's obvious that he has problems with Bruce not killing the Joker and replacing him with someone better. All Jason wanted was, was Daddy's approval and with Daddy gone it would have been interesting to see him deal with those emotions, heck he he would have made a great Red Robin, retracing Bruce's steps as a teenager, traveling around the world to find himself while taking down assassin's, mobster, ninja monkey's etc.
So yeah, my main point, it is better co-ordinated but the story being co-dinated is not that good.
