I would be if I felt for a moment this felt like it was something other than a screwed up guilt complex in action. I see Dick's POV a lot more clearly than Tim's. "Because I say so" is a crappy justification for one detective to say to another.
If he's THAT confident about it, he should be able to reason with Dick about it, because he knows Dick cares about him, and also WILL listen to logic. Instead he seems to refuse to discuss WHY he feels this is the right thing to do, attacks Dick and assumes that HE is the one making all the wrong choices and acts like a spoiled angry kid.
