Well, Levitz is sticking around as a consultant, so I doubt Didio will have any more pull than before. Whether he has the ability to passive-aggressively mandate the hell out of Levitz, I don't know, but sort of have my doubts. Also, given Nelson's specialty seems to be brand-management, if Didio is seen as abusing that brand he could be under higher scrutiny.
I think calling this A Bad Thing right out of the gate is a little unfair. Let's give it time and see how thing pan out, though if I had to make any kind of guesses, I would doubt any major changes in the comics are going to come out of this restructuring, at least nothing that will be felt immediately.
