Something that's easy to forget when you're talking about Babs is that, while chronologically, she's only been Oracle for as long as she was Batgirl (roughly twenty years apiece), in terms of actual coverage, she's had two or three times the pagetime as Oracle than she ever did as Batgirl. Babsgirl never carried her own series; she ghosted in and out of Bruce's adventures for awhile, eventually had a brief, periodic backup in 'Tec which became an even briefer if more consistent throughline in BATMAN FAMILY, and like six guest appearances in other titles total. As Oracle, she headlined 100+ issues of full-page monthly BoP (plus several specials), was a regular member of the JLA, and has never had less than three other Batbooks at once in which she's a logical regular supporting castmember.
That's a lot more opportunity to tell stories, and therefore a lot more opportunities to explore potential boyfriends. And then you have to factor in that fully half her post-TKJ suitors are people who first met and courted her as Batgirl, even if those relationships only got properly discussed and explored once she was Oracle. So really it's about what you'd expect.
