That's pervy in it's own right (okay, the context is less bad if you include the next speech balloon, but even so

Especially given that the guys describing wearing Crocky boxer shorts and reading an old OS manual, would totally fit Tim's profile too.

Tim being in dorky adulation of Ted is rather adorable (especially the "SEE? I've got my shoulder around the Blue Beetle, we're BEST BUDDIES!!!!" moment coupled with Ted's "Who IS this kid?" look)

Babs and Ted playing voyeur just doesn't work for me, it IS wrong, and creepy, and heroes who get their jollies laughing at other people just because they act as they do when they're alone does nothing but make me despise them as people.
