Spoilers: Batman Confidential #33 Preview

	Ha! I love it. There's a ridiculous dichotomy in Bats wanting criminals to be scared of him but people he's trying to be friendly to being scared of him too. (Reply to this)

	Something about the art and posture on that last panel, and how the words are written, makes it feel like Bruce is a little heartbroken he has frightened an innocent, and that his first impression to the people he's trying to protect is a bad one. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	The whole arc has a lot to do with fear, and elements are really poignant--especially as brought out by another character, and then you've got Batman outside of Gotham--dealing with that. I'm very intrigued. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Now I wonder how to say "tiny panties" and "pixie boots" in Russian. (Batman probably knows -- you never know when that sort of terminology will come in handy, after all.) (Reply to this) (Parent)
