Two comments: 1) I'm beginning to think that "Cry for Justice" is like Frank Miller's Goddamn Batman a sort of parody rather than a series comic. Robinson might has well have every single line of dialogue from every character be "JUSTICE"!
2) Once again Hal is acting out of character here. Just like the Huntress/Lady B thing in #2 it's almost as if Robinson is just ignoring past continuity with these characters. Hal and Supergirl are not only friends but she had a serious crush on him in Waid's Brave and the Bold #2 (drawn by George Perez). Hal also has history (as the Spectre) with the pre-crisis Kara Zor-El at the end of PAD"s Supergirl series (volume 4). He would not be so abrupt with her or think right from the bat she might be a bad guy - especially not the "new" Best-Thing-Since-Swiss-Cheese Hal written by Geoff Johns.
