I'll see if I can find it. Sadly, sometime around late 89, early 90 when I had just joined the Marine Corps my folks cleaned the basement which involved tossing 2 long boxes and numerous other comics (along with $500-1,000 worth of painted Warhammer 40k minis) in the trash.

I don't recall if I still have this one, but I'll look for it some more. I didn't find it at a cursory glance, but I did find a 3 issue Grendel mini called The Devil Inside, which I had totally forgotten. I'm sure there will me some material worthy of MA week in there if I can get the scanner to cooperate.

Anyway, the general plot is that Taskmaster and Tombstone are competing (with others, but they're just filler crap who we never really get to know) to fill the slot of Kingpin's #1 hitman/assassin. DD busts in on the middle of them fighting each other as I recall. I forget how Tombstone gets out of the picture, but the TM/DD fight is neat. Hopefully that description can help someone else find it at least. Pretty sure this is post Miller, the art at least isn't his, as best I recall.
