The weird thing is, having been to too many comic book conventions, I know exactly what all those costumes look like in real life.
Is it objectification to make a statue of a woman dressed the way some real women actually dress? I have no idea. This is the point at which I get confused. I know that it's in poor taste, but is that the same thing as "wrong?"
I do think this is a more positive message than Slave Leia, which is actually a bit skimpier (though it has that all-important 2/3rds loincloth coverage).
The hair and expression on the first statue are stunning. That's a hell of a good job.
