That's not what the "in a Fridge" issue is about, though. Woman in a Fridge = something awful happens to a female character that's not about her, but about causing angst to another character, generally male. In this case, the rape is about Nightwing.
Moreover, the trauma we see Dick exhibit after this issue, while certainly a owing a lot to the rape scene, probably owes just as much if not more to his guilt over letting Tarantula kill Blockbuster - especially given the repression he later engages in re: the rape.
The above scene and Devin Grayson's comments don't make the scene any clearer to me. (Personally, the more I think about it, the more I'm inclined to believe that what took place was dry-humping, in part because the scene doesn't seem to have them removing their clothes, in part because of a point that was raised last time the issue came up extensively, which is, like you also mentioned, that having a break down would keep a man from having an erection.)
Lastly, honestly your personal delusion freaks me out even more than the canon, though admittedly I get as wishful thinking it can be cathartic. The idea of Oracle beating someone into a coma at best fits extreme Character Derailment and at worst would simply be a Moral Event Horizon, even if the 'love interest hunts the one who abused their loved one' didn't fit exactly into an 'into the Fridge' storyline. Sorry about that rant, but it's something that's made me uneasy since I read your first reply, and I regretted I hadn't had the good sense of saying so the first time.
