Which would only be fair, given that a lot of Batman villains were influenced by their Dick Tracy counterparts, and vice-versa. There's a DT villain called 'Haf-and-Haf' who is basically Two-Face - he's even got the exact same origin, with acid in the face and everything. I'm not sure who came first, but whoever came second was ripping off the other one big time.
